I've had the pleasure of receiving several Rolfing and movement sessions from Tim. Tim is a genuinely caring and very knowledgeable practitioner. He knows a lot about the body and the science of pain and all of his sessions are very instructive. Tim believes in empowering his clients to take control of their own healing journey, which from my experience, is rare in the health community.
Tim is an amazing massage therapist. Hands down, the best massage I have ever had. I am a personal Trainer and I lead an active lifestyle, so naturally I have the need for body work to keep me performing at my best.Tim used his understanding of the body to quickly identify and address my body's muscle imbalances. I highly recommend Tim to anyone who is seeking a knowledgeable and professional massage therapist in Boulder.
