I can’t believe that it’s been a little over a month since we brought our first home. Looking back at the home buying process, we were blessed to have Tim McBrayer as our realtor. We contacted Tim during our initial move to Raleigh. Tim was very responsive, upfront, and honest about the state of the market in Raleigh. This was very helpful for a young family moving from out of state. We searched from Wake Forest to Fuquay-Varina to Clayton. The ultimate measure of success is always the eventual home purchase.
