Great work, I was working with a different Morgage company that had said they couldn’t get me the Morgage and Tim and he’s team made happen even before are approximate closing date it took less then a month I had my house keys in hand.

I've used Tim Hardin for 2 refinances at this point. He takes what is normally a stressful situation and makes the process painless. Great service every time. I absolutely recommend him!

Tim facilitated and helped expedite my loan application for a home I had made an offer on but had not yet secured financing. Tim and his team understood the importance of a quick loan turnaround and he personally prioritized my application. I was given a 30 year fixed with a great rate and closing costs below what I had expected. Most importantly, I closed the home purchase on time. Highly recommended.

I have worked with Tim numerous times over the last 20 years; at least I think it's been about 20 years. I don't recall the exact date of when he first helped me, but I do know that I wouldn't trust anyone else to help me with refinancing or obtaining a mortgage loan. He has always gone beyond to find a loan that will work for me. He is honest, responsive, and kind. He cares more about service than he does about money. He truly is a great person and will always be my go-to guy for home loans.
