I called to inquire about potential tax preparation and filing services and the person I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional. For perspective, the person who answered the phone was laughing and in the middle of a conversation with someone else when he answered, and then he proceeded to ask me what ticket I was calling about after I asked whether his firm was taking new clients for individual tax services. I have know Mr. Edwards for years and I have never had a problem with his services. He has been my tax agent since I was 16 when I first started filing taxes when I was a civilian. When I was stationed in California he took care of me with my taxes and his team went above and beyond when I could not be in person physically to file my taxes.
