I had a great experience at this hearing clinic. The entire process was smooth, professional, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything before starting. The procedure itself was quick and effective, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my hearing. Highly recommend this clinic. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and overall a 5-star experience.
I can't say enough good things about them. The lady at the desk is very pleasant and working towards being an audiologist. They got me in quickly and had a sale on for a hearing aid. Pleasantly surprised by the cost and simplicity of the device they recommended. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Great job.
The people who work there are wonderful. It's also refreshing to go into a place of business and be treated with respect and the service was fantastic. Would totally recommend.
GET A NEW ONE THEY FIT PURRFECTLY!!! ...old hearing aids do NOT work. Past hearing place gave us one did not fit in ear correctly and suggested lotion...how ridiculous. Very up-to-date knowledgable staff always willingness to help, iow good bedside manners. Plus they get the process finished!
Happy for the help from Lee & Jeniece at Hear Belleville. Both my wife and I have hearing aids now that are a big help. Thankyou
