Worst experience ever. If i could give a negative star , i would !!!! Stay away from this guy . He took all my tax info 4 months ago and has yet to file anything . I have called and called .. one time he picked up the phone then slammed it in my face . If your reading this , the same thing has happened to you to. Or it will happen . Im just warning you , this guy is bad news. Thank god i didnt pay for his services this year or last year. And found a better tax guy that is legit . For less money too ! Literally took my money and didn’t file my taxes. I have been trying to reach him for weeks now by phone, email, and even dropping by his office 5 times. No answer, no response, door is locked. I am now having to pay a second provider to do my taxes. Hopefully I can get my money back from Tim… if I can ever find him.
Its been six months since Tim prepared my taxes. He has since never filed them. constant phone tag in the beginning. Now he refuses to answer his phones. Worst experience.
This guy hasn’t filed my taxes since May 5th. Charged me $350 and went ghost. Never answers and never in office. Don’t come here.
I had a very disappointing experience with this tax service. I contacted them over two months ago to help with three years of tax filings, including the most recent year which needed to be completed before the April 15 deadline. Despite giving them more than enough time, they only completed one year. Throughout this time, communication was almost nonexistent.
