How dare you leave a hydrant on on a freezing night flooding a road with no signs or lights causing an accident! My family almost got in to one because the pond of water splashed on our suv causing us to not be able to see a thing in front of us. Thank god my husband was able to pull over and while doing that he saw the guy behind us hydroplane, flip and take out a pole. You should be ashamed!!!!
