I have a mother who is a resident here and she absolutely loves it. I try to get down twice a week to visit and ALL the staff I find very accommodating, helpful, friendly and treat the residents with respect.
Our father has been living at the Tillsonburg Retirement Residence since 2011. When he arrived, he was just recovering from a long time in hospital along with cancer treatments. He was weak and needed much help, which was generously given. His health has greatly improved over the years, and now that he is 97, he is beginning to need more help again. I was visiting somebody there, and I found that the staff and the residence were very nice. They were setting up a bingo for the residence the staff we’re making sure it was comfortable for any of the residents that wanted to attend I felt very welcome and very much a homie feel
My Mom has been living here for almost a year now. She's very happy in her new home and enjoys all the fun events, fantastic new friends, great meals and last but not least , absolutely wonderful staff. All staff go above and beyond to provide the best level of care for all residents and their families. Thanks to all.
One of the best facilities out there. Exceptionally well managed.
