Come in here multiple times to buy a few bits of furniture, each time dealing with Brad. I had the best experience in store. I had the guys help me measure each piece of furniture to help me find the right fit. Great prices, great options and a great team working in there! (Give Brad a payrise, he earned it)
I called in having heard that Tilley's sell gifts as well as furniture and Christmas was upon me. I'm so glad I did. Aside from a huge range of quality homeware they certainly also have a beautiful selection of small gifts. The service was extremely helpful and courteous. Christmas sorted, thank you Tilley's I'll definitely be back.
Many months ago I ve ordered 2 pieces of sofas and desipte an extended waiting period. The items didn't show up as we expected based the photos were shown at the time of ordering. However the team helped sorted all out for us and finally we got the correct ones a little later. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to ensure customers satisfaction in transcation where didn't go as expected. Thanks again.
