Enough words won’t even show the gratitude for the efficiency of Joss and Tiller Rides this morning. The fact I got caught out with my own e-bike not being allowed on the ferry was about to really dampen our day. Until I called Joss from Tiller rides who my friend had just rented hers from. I called Joss at 9:24 and he ran an e-bike down to the ferry ramp for us by 9:28 for us to get our 9:30 ferry. Excellent e-bikes and super professional team, I circled the whole of Rottnest and only used 20% of the battery! Thoroughly recommend.
I contacted Tiller Rides to verify if their booking system was correct and I could collect the bikes before their opening hours at 9 AM. One the employees was emphatic " just give us a call by the booking time and someone in the shed will be waiting for you to provide the bikes by 7 "...... End of story........15 calls later, no answer, no bike, extra money payed to carry a bike in the ferry and a waiting for an answer if I can get refunded regarding the ferry. Thanks for the amazing service, definitely not the best.
Absolutely ZERO service. Have left numerous voice messages, sent emails and actually visited the "shop" at the market to no avail. My bike was stolen and have not heard a word from them. My sister tried to buy a bike 6 months ago and her email went unanswered. Can only advise "Go somewhere else"....
Very happy with the experience with tiller bikes- the bikes were ideal for rotness Island. Able to easily circumnavigate the island as well as several side trips. On multiple occasions we rode past large groups of people walking their bikes up the hills. Team was very supportive with booking.
