Great for a quiet swim.
I didn’t receive good service as before, a little disappointed
Small verty local good use of space with refit of an old building
The customer service here is horrible, rude staffs especially the receptionist. Managers don’t help out with the issues and has negative approach to everything. Made few complain about changing rooms and near the pool being dirty, yet still no action or consideration has been taken. One of the managers “Stuart” desperately need some common sense and course on customer service. Complete clueless, full of attitude, and absolutely incapable of managing anything.
