I saw a lot of negative reviews about customer service and such, that’s the opposite of my experience. Elsa responded quickly and answered all of my questions. My boyfriend placed an order on January 16 (paid for next day shipping but it was the weekend and a Monday holiday) package arrived Jan. 20, the clothes didn’t fit as expected so Elsa sent us the return slip info and we got it mailed back the same day. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered black joggers. They sent me a yellow apron and charged my card for the joggers. I told them they sent me the wrong item and asked them to send the joggers I ordered. They said they didn’t have them available in my size.and suggested I order another more expensive pair of pants they had in my size. Then said they would only refund me when I send the apron back. Ordered December 9th. Did not receive until the 29th. Upon receiving, half of the embroidery text was missing. They told me I would need to mail it back for them to complete it and then the would mail it back out to me. At this time, I was set to go out of town so I just decided that I was too busy to worry about it. Their only apology at that point was to give me 10% off my next order. A basic black chef coat that costs $100+ and says Chef " "- executive Chef, shouldn't be this difficult.
