Fantastic pants, fantastic customer service. Ordered a few different styles and ultimately sent the Joggers back because I didn't like the fit on me personally, but joggers usually don't anyways so don't blame the brand. However the straight normal straight pants are very comfortable and look great. They expedited my return after I emailed them asking if they had received my return cause I wanted to buy more of the straight style pants. They won’t answer the ring bell, wasting time coming here
Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered black joggers. They sent me a yellow apron and charged my card for the joggers. I told them they sent me the wrong item and asked them to send the joggers I ordered. They said they didn’t have them available in my size.and suggested I order another more expensive pair of pants they had in my size. Then said they would only refund me when I send the apron back.
