I don’t know what all these 5 stars are about, but Tulia has definitely mishandled my finances. The original guy Blake was buying and selling my funds to gain higher commissions. Never communicated any of the many, many transactions he made in my portfolio. Did not reinvest my dividends and surely had very little monies in my cash flow account.
