1 star For Kirk 🫤 I had a really disappointing experience at this Tile Shop location. I was sold a bag of grout and specifically told that if it didn't work out, I could return it. Once we opened the bag and actually saw the color in person, it was obvious it wasn't going to match, so we didn't even use it. When 1 brought it back, I was suddenly told they don't accept returns on opened bags. That very important detail was never mentioned at the time of purchase.
