Very good places to visit people are very good, only thing it's long walks from the bus stop unless people can drive most impressed with the tiles no idea about quality looks better quality then toppos tiles can't tell where they make of it could be broad I didn't ask them
Edited to say we returned a couple of weeks later and had different staff who weren’t customer service oriented at all, one gentleman was already dealing with customers but the other continued to work on the computer whilst we stood there waiting, couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge us, good customer service is to deal with customers in front of you, not leave them hanging whilst you answer phones, keep working on the computer etc, good way to lose customers, the first man was attentive and deserves the 5* review, the s... read more
Ace. Was short of a tile from an order made months ago, instead of me ordering online having to pay delivery they sold me their display at a discount too
What a joke the Exeter branch has become. After spending thousands of pounds on various tiles we ordered more of a certain style and double checked twice with the salesman that he was ordering the right tile that had a 4-6 week lead time. He verbally confirmed the right tile. This week the tiles have arrived and he’s ordered the Matt finish instead of the gloss.
