Horrible experience with Donna at Tiled Interiors. Donna came to my home to sketch out my master bathroom so I can then move forward with purchasing tiles from her store. She told me she would have the sketches to me "next week". Over the course of 6 weeks now I have heard constant responses of I'll have it to you soon...in the next day or 2. Nope, never received!!
