This was my first time trying to DIY a tile project at home. I received great service from the young man who helped me select the tile, but when I went to buy the woman behind the counter could not have been more rude and dismissive to me when I asked a few question. I ended up walking out of the store. If you don’t like dealing with people for a living, find another job
Excellent customer service and great good prices and beautiful tile
TileCo is the place to go for tile projects. I remember going there and getting great service in 1991 to pick out tile for rebuilding my house after the Painted Cave fire in 1990. I have been working on a master bathroom remodeling project for my current house and went there to look at tile. The sale associate Julia was fantastic in helping my wife and I choose the tile types and grout colors to do my project.
