If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible company. Gave me lead time of 4-10 business days between order and shipment. Did not hear from them until I called them on the sixth business day, just to have them inform me that the tile I ordered was on backorder and wouldn't be available until October. That is two months later than I was originally told. Customer service was horrible and told me "it is what it is", that is a direct quote. Shop anywhere else, this company is trash.

The actual worst experience I’ve ever had with any furnishings or equipment vendor in 20+ years of business. So much back and forth to return faulty items. After agreeing to waive the return fee (after literally 10 emails back and forth), they’ve changed their mind. It’s just so disappointing. The customer service is abysmal. Don’t buy from here. Just, don’t. It’s not worth it. They need to step up their service levels or retrain their staff. It’s so, so, so bad

I'm new to the home renovation world (redoing a bathroom), and I've had an excellent experience with TileBar so far -- the product is very well made (according to my contractors), the shipments have been easy to arrange and on time, and the customer service has been excellent. Super helpful and quick with responses. I plan to continue using them for other renovation needs!
