The actual worst experience I’ve ever had with any furnishings or equipment vendor in 20+ years of business. So much back and forth to return faulty items. After agreeing to waive the return fee (after literally 10 emails back and forth), they’ve changed their mind. It’s just so disappointing. The customer service is abysmal. Don’t buy from here. Just, don’t. It’s not worth it. They need to step up their service levels or retrain their staff. It’s so, so, so bad
Still have not received tile, its been over 3 weeks. I was told they would charge me for a refund, when I have not received my tile, when its sitting for several weeks and they are refusing to deliver it, I would be charged for a refund. I was told by 3 different people they would call me back and they never did, I still have never heard back. Update - I got my tile and they even replaced the broken 10 boxes I received. I'm new to the home renovation world (redoing a bathroom), and I've had an excellent experience with TileBar so far -- the product is very well made (according to my contractors), the shipments have been easy to arrange and on time, and the customer service has been excellent. Super helpful and quick with responses. I plan to continue using them for other renovation needs!
