Less than one star. Tiles were delivered broken . When I called , instead of any customer service they blamed my tiler when in was their delivery people. The tiles were smashed into tiny pieces. They finally agreed to order more which delayed the work , but never called me back to say when the extra tiles would be available. After chasing them with many phone calls I gave up.
