Had to hunt down some tile to finish our project and contacted Tile Town. A gentleman, Cam, helped me sort out exactly what I needed. My problem was solved so quickly. He was polite, friendly, professional, and thorough. Excellent customer service! So grateful for the help and highly recommend this business.
We had an incredible experience! The customer service was amazing, they helped us find the right tile, educated us with what we need and how it would look, and even discounted it so it was within our budget. When we were cashing out and loading up, they even read books to our kids. Couldn't say enough good things! I think it was Mike who helped us- he said he was in town from BC. Thank you Tile Town!!!

I worked with Cam in choosing the right tile for my tiny bathroom. Cam was very helpful and would immediately check on availability if the tiles weren’t in the current shop. I never once felt rushed. Even going back to the store with some accent tile from another store, Cam was again very helpful in placing the main tile I purchased against the glass accent tile. Bravo Tile Town for excellent service and a great selection of tile at various price points.
