If you're looking for actual experts please go to tile town. Do not even bother going to local big box stores that sell flooring. You need to go somewhere like tile town. I had a gentleman who helped me buy a couple tiles for a small project. He gave good advice and wasn't trying to upsell anything. If I ever need a large project done I'm definitely going here.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Tile Town on Argyll. I went in to the store mid-February with the explicit goal of finding tile that was in stock or could be ordered in within 10 days. I chose tile with this in mind and was told that it would be immediately shipped from Calgary/could be at the store within a week. The other tile and grout were chosen based on this tile and the bathroom was going to be centered around it.
