We ordered tile from here for a bathroom and spent a considerable amount. They were nice to work with and found us the tile we were looking for. Took a few weeks to come in which was fine. My issue is their return policy. They will not take back the ex unopened boxes (even with a restocking fee) so now we are stuck with about 500$ worth of ex tile. It’s a shame bc we wanted to support a small business and have other projects to do, but won’t be using them again bc of this.
True customer service.
I would recommend their services 100%. The staff, Raquel, Jessi, Carlos, and all were very professional, friendly, accomodating. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. They gave us a date and it was done on time. Very pleased with the work. Remodeling 2 bathrooms.
Love love love the customer services in this store. I was soooo indecisive for my Kitchen tiles. I have been going from store to store and the customer services is not good. So I saw this store on Google and stopped by and boy the store looked small from the outside and when you go in they have so many options. But the Sales Rep Jessie was amazing and helped me so much. I cannot thank the staff at King Services enough for their outstanding service! They really came through in our time of need. Originally we had gone to one of their competitors ( I will not mention any names) but I will say they were a much bigger and well-known establishment. I made the mistake of thinking if I went to a bigger company, they were going to do a great job. Boy was I wrong!
