Like many reviews on this business, great products, worst possible service after the purchase. We ordered weeks in advance and was told the tile was readily available. I had to chase these people to bring the tile and had to delay the remodel. Phone call after phone call, getting nowhere. They couldn’t possibly care any less, zero customer service, zero sense of urgency. Avoid this hell-hole

Buyers be aware. This store has a nice selection of tiles which is why I bought tiles for my shower as part of a bathroom renovation. I almost bought more things for the bathroom and I’m so glad I didn’t. Here is why: 1) when I placed the order, I’ve asked how long before the tiles are delivered to their store. I was told 3-4 weeks. It took 3 months. Anyone who had to manage a renovation project would easily understand how such a delay can be problematic when you are trying to plan your project. I can’t imagine having any other team install tile in my home! Not only did they guide me in the selection of tile that best suited my needs, but the seamless installation of the tile left me speechless. I get compliments every time someone comes in my home! The time and attention they took to put down this floor was incredible and I am confident the floor will outlive me!

I cannot recommend Joe and Cathy at Tile and Stone Design Center enough! The quality and attention to detail is beyond and nothing you will get from some big box store like floor and decor. As a small, family owned business, their knowledge and expertise is evident from the moment you start to work with them. Giuseppe and team installed the tile in our entryway and our kitchen. They were very professional throughout and did a fantastic job - removing multiple layers of old flooring and replacing the subfloor. The installed tile looks fantastic and I can't wait for them to finish my backsplash next. I will absolutely come back for any tile work I need done.
