we waited 20 minutes in the store for someone to help us with picking a backsplash. the guy was talking to another customer who was there after us. We were not greeted when we first walked in, which was a sign of bad customer service. I was even standing there and looking at the sale person. He looked at me for a sec, then he went back to talking to another customer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. We went to another tile store down the street. They have much better customer service there.

DONT SHOP HERE! 7/6/2012 My husband went to Tile Source after it was recommended by our contractor. He picked out a marble with the Sales Clerk Jenny and general manager Woody. Jenny and Woody discussed the marble being purchased and contacted the supplier directly to reserve the marble on display. Woody filled out the invoice on their letter head writing the square footage of the marble to be purchased, item #, price per square foot, tax amount, total, and “All Sales Final” at the bottom of the invoice. Excellent service and selection – We were surprised by the large selection and the openness of the staff re: prices. We were undecided about our flooring and Martin was helpful, not overbearing and creative in assisting us. He is extremely knowledgeable about tile, its fabrication and the options available. The prices were reasonable, but with the sale, they were outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

I didn't know much about tile but i do now. – When I walked into tile source i had no idea what i was looking for! But after a day of looking around and being informed by the people that worked there, I feel like an expert now. I would definately strongly recomend going there if you are looking for tile.

GREAT service and selection – I went into Tile Source not 100% sure of what I wanted or what I might find. I was suprised to find a great selection and friendly people. It took a little time to find what I wanted but in the end I got what I wanted and my kitchen looks great. I couldnt ask for more from a company!

The best place to buy tile!! – I am a general contractor and have been buying tile for years from Woody, and have been recomending him and the Tile Source for years. He knows his stuff, and so do the rest of the people that work there!!

The Good and the Very Bad – The first time we came into Tile Source we had a wonderful experience with design help on our project. A few weeks later we came back to purchase. We were confronted with Woody, the manager. We were not sure what was going on but he seemed stressed out and impatient. Between that and his barking orders at the warehouse man, we decided to come back on a better day. Our return visit proved no different. We slunk out of there purchasing nothing. DO NOT BUY YOUR TILES HERE – Things started well with a visit to the Manchester store but went downhill from there. We ordered two types of tiles for the bathroom, one for the shower walls and another for the bathroom floor. When the wall tiles arrived three of four boxes had broken tiles in them. Approximately half of the tiles ordered were broken in the box. A replacement box was ordered since the installer could use some of the broken tiles for partial pieces.
