We’ve just had the first delivery from Tile Republic. Very pleased with the products. Really friendly service and attention to detail from Lauren made the process painless. Thank you Lauren and Bruno - and Tony for prompt delivery in this heavy rain.
Terrible service. No help, our order was paid for over two months ago with the promise of the product being delivered within a certain time frame. We are yet to receive our product with absolutely no way of knowing when it will get to us. Contacting the company is difficult and time consuming with no outcomes. The service is abhorrent. Very disappointing especially because we paid outright.
Bruno and the team were amazing! Can’t speak highly enough of them - super easy to deal with and no questions went un-answered. We had a mix up when we ordered the wrong size tiles and they fixed it up and sent our new ones within days.. 10/10 One stop shop for everything you need. Don’t go anywhere else ☺️
