I recently had a great experience at Arizona Tile in Rocklin. We are renewing our master bath and Crystal was so helpful! She was knowledgeable, willing to give me opinions on what looked best together, made multiple trips to the back for different samples and even helped me carry them to my car. Very happy with the shopping experience and helpful employees.
I was not sure what to use for a fireplace remodel and was wandering around various stores. Nikki Meredith approached me, answered my questions, and offered to send me home with samples. The samples really helped me see what the stacked stone I liked would look like in my family room. She does a great job assisting and I appreciated her input!
Lovely show room and many quality options to pick from!
They have a large selection, however, there could be 4 - 5 options on a rack, so you can only easily look at the outside of the rack options. The ones in the middle you have to get someone to pull. Their other option is to view on a TV and the color isn't going to show well on the TV. Just wasn't impressed with their slab portion of the store. Can't speak towards the tile end of the business.
