Do not buy products from here. It is clear that the company is in the process of bankruptcy (check ASIC's website). After purchasing, you can neither find a contact person nor receive your products. Incredibly irresponsible!
Insolvency... do not buy Unable to get tiles delivered. Scheduled delivery three weeks prior to when they are needed and organised a specific date and time. They SMS me the day before delivery to ask if they can be delivered that day. Obviously was at work. I was unable to contact them to speak about the delivery and then no tiles delivered the next day as scheduled and no communication from them. Horrible experience paid for tiles in full to be told they would arrive in a day. 2 weeks later no tiles and been told they have gone into administration.
Just wondering when the refund is coming. We were pressured to pay for the tiles in advance. 6months later to be told they aren’t being made. Two weeks ago you said the refund was being processed what is the delay. We have called numerous times only to get the run around. Not happy
