Absolutely love tile matters! Rachel and Cathleen were so helpful in answering any questions I had, and helping me pick out flooring and tile for my condo. They offer great selections, and Abel did a great job installing my floors. I would definitely recommend them!
Great Customer Service I've worked with Tile Matters off and on for years and they have always been great to work with. Not only is their staff knowledgeable but they have helped me on a few occasions trying to match, identify or locate discontinued tile.
Visited the new location on Saturday and love the studio atmosphere! They are now inside Old Town Flooring and the two stores compliment each other well. In addition to all the beautiful tile, you can now shop for hardwood, laminates, carpet and countertops! Love the selections and great individual help.
I have been a loyal customer with Tile Matters for over two decades for good reasons. They have always been extremely creative with top notch customer service and the highest quality merchandise. Cathleene has designed our entire floor downstairs including a decorative foyer, our kitchen backsplash with unique touches, and three bathrooms with flare.
