We are direct Importers of Tile and purchase container loads therefore passing the savings to our retail and wholesale customers. We have over 250,000 Sq ft of storage between our locations which usually means no waiting or extra freight charges. We are not contractors which means we do not compete for jobs with other contractors that buy from us. We also have trim in stock to match our tile unlike many other tile stores.We have been in Santa Cruz for 32+ years.

Pretty good showroom with many types of flooring. They don't stock some natural stone, so they charge a $200 delivery fee, which put it out of our budget.
