This is a great discount place to get tile. Not as cheap as say builders surplus but you are able to get the quantity you want.
Super helpful gentleman! The best place in the entire area to find tile on hand! We had a backsplash change and needed tile. Tada! Taken care of with the offer of returning any tile we don't need.

The folks at the Spokane Valley store are great. We had a small first time project and visited them numerous times. They were very helpful with suggestions, tools and supplies. Nice variety of different tile and accents. Will definitely be going there for future projects.
Been here a bunch. Tile is good price and they are knowledgeable. They do have an issue with communication between employees. Was told by one employee we should buy extra and could bring back the extra tile. We did just that. Upon returning, was told we don’t take returns on that tile. It is discontinued. That’s all fine, but I would have never bought extra just in case. It was also not handled the greatest. Drove 90 minutes to return the tile and was turned away without even a discussion.
