Loooove this store. Jessica and Brooke are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is outstanding. Great place to get your tile if you are looking for great pricing and selection.

I have a ceramic tile business and have been doing business with Tile Factory for the last 15yrs. From the owner Alan, to the salespeople, Jessica and Brooke to Kevin in warehouse. This business is a class act all the way around. Every one of my customers thanks me for sending them to Tile Factory. They are reliable, professional and care about their customers. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me. Prices are also lower than most tile stores out there. Nothing but 5 stars.
Incredibly helpful staff. Brooke helped me to navigate a difficult task of matching some very old tile in a way that has helped keep a homeowner happy. As a contractor I appreciate her knowledge and ability to think through solutions to problems!
