Very unassuming showroom but with a great selection. The couple that runs the store are very accommodating and easy to work with. Hands down a more pleasurable experience than working with some of the larger tile stores in SB.
Great customer service, beautiful tile! – I have been to all the tile stores in Santa Barbara and they all had the same inventory. A couple had such poor customer service I will never be back. Tile Encounters has wonderful choices and great customer service. Highly recommend them as your first and only tile location.
