The workers don’t even acknowledge you are in there. Then, when you ask for help they seem bothered. Horrible customer service.
They have a huge selection. I liked one tile and brought home a sample. When I went back to order it, I was told it was back ordered. I'm pretty sure he knew it was back ordered when I picked up the sample and I wish he told me that before I fell in love with it. So, we ended up with a similar tile that they had in stock and purchased the tile and grout. We ended up with two unopened boxes after the job was complete. I returned the boxes and was told they couldn't credit my credit card and would mail me a check. I called aft... read more
I called ahead to make sure they had things in stock and had free samples. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge me in the store, yes they were helping other people but a smile goes a long way and they could say someone will be with you soon or something like that. When I did get help she showed me time that was in stock which turned out not to be in stock when I asked if I could take the samples it was sure if you promise to bring them back. So I purchased my time from a different store.
