The Tile Depot Anderson st Cairns has the honour of providing me by far the worst service I have received in a decade. I visited the store to pick up my prepaid order of tiles and was enjoying my day till I was subject to endure this debauchery. The staff passed by me without even a grunt of recognition and after a 15 minute wait the young female staff was abrupt and displayed obvious disinterest, her service was ill informed and her manner appalling. Had to purchase tiles for a new kitchen and had no idea where to start but the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and happily answered my many questions! I got a tile I fell in love with , was perfect for what I needed and a fantastic price!!! A special mention to the manager Gary who helped me work out how much I needed and organised for it to be packed onto a pallet so that it could be put onto our trailer. Nothing was a problem and he gave us such good service and advice. I can’t recommend highly enough!!
