We happened to come across this business and look at granite. From the time we walked in and dealt with our salesman Brandon, to the finish install that was completed by Mike and Ryan, we could be happier with the professionalism, service, and quality of the work completed. The measure was completed on time, the granite install went as scheduled, and on time, and we have had a minor repair that was handled quickly and efficiently. Pete came out and did a repair on our quartz countertop, he did a great job, can't tell there was a repair made. He was there when he said he would be even though the weather was terrible. I have no complaints about Tile & Stone Works or the service we have received and would recommend them to friends.
I came here with a very small project by anyone’s standard. Tile & Stone probably even lost some money on my job. However, this was a very important job to me and they treated it as such. Kristen Fantin, the business development manager, was extremely patient, helpful, and engaged through what became quite a long process. She is a huge asset to this company and I hope she is being recognized for it. I would certainly recommend working with her if possible.
