Order $1000 of tiles in May 2023. We never received our tiles and had no luck through Department of Fair Trading. There's no phone number, they don't answer emails and have now shut down their Instagram and website.

More than eight months have now passed and there has still been no refund of the $4,400 that Tile and Bath Co owe us. No agency seems able to track this Company down, including the Department of Fair Trading. We are now compelled to pursue this legally- to outlay even more money to hold this Company to account. I would appreciate it if anyone else who have been rorted by this Company would post how they have gained recourse. Same story as all the other 1 star reviews, we placed a $3000 order for tiles at the start of September that they said would be dispatched that week then they went completely silent. Their phone number doesn’t work and they don’t reply to emails or social media messages. I’ve contacted fair trading who spoke with the owner and were told they will contact me and dispatch the order that was weeks ago I’m obviously not holding my breath for that. We’re now left with a half complete bathroom and can’t find the same tiles stocked... read more
