Service was bad. I ask if I can have extra fruit on my shave ice the worker told me I can't have it with an attitude. I was willing to pay the difference, she just kept saying they don't do that. Thats fine, I still order it and still wanted to order more. While I was thinking, she help out another costumer and ignore me. Long story short, she was giving me attitude and ignoring me. Ordered a mango tango Biing. Was told they were out of mango. After we got our biing, one of the employees began cutting up a mango. I went to the counter and inquired if I could get some, was told no… haven’t been there for a few years, no inclination to go back to receive poor service. Not worth the drive and apparent why they were completely empty at 6pm on a Friday evening
Came to Ticup to enjoy some Boba tea with my family but things had a twist. As i was trying to figure out what to order there was a little stand on the counter with little tea key chains. So my kids being kids took the key chains to check them out and the little one put it in their mouth. So one of the workers said they won't be able to sell the key chains. They made me buy 4.
