I visited this store yesterday to purchase some outdoor furniture. Tina greeted me with a lovely smile and a warm welcome. I was impressed with Tina who is very professional, really knows and understands the products, happily assists with any enquiries that you may have and let's you ponder and walk around the store without any pressure. I purchased 2 of the whitehaven cabinets as photographed below. Apparently they only have one year warranty on them and mine has just run out. I emailed them at the Terry Hills store with pictures of the cracking and I got no reply. I then followed up with another email and 2 subsequent phone calls only to be told today that there’s nothing they can do. Customer service is terrible the lady was rude & said the wood must have settled. So my question was you pay a small fortune to be told something you bought a year and a half... read more
