We ordered a table four months ago and it has not been shipped yet. Different ridiculous excuses every time , without any apology and honesty. So we had to cancel the order. Missed the discount of other furniture stores in the end of financial year. We have never had such a bad experience, and see you in fair trading, good luck !

Very disappointed with the time it is taking to receive chairs. We ordered before Christmas and was told the chairs would be delivered late March early April. I called in April and was told late April early May. Called again last week and was told they would have the chairs brought up from Sydney and we should receive them this week. As they have not arrived I called again today and was told the truck was full and we would have to wait for the next trip in 3 weeks. It would have been nice to have received an update each time... read more
