The tech was excellent. I had a question about the invoice and they were very helpful in explaining something that is from another world to me! That said, I would definitely ask for their help again.
Tiger was eager to do a “house call” to insure that we were on the same page. Lots of pre- op planning, and thus no surprises. That is the way they do business. Very knowledgeable, lots of ideas to share, and a final result you will be very pleased with.
This business is easily one of the most expensive, useless, and shady companies you could use. They'll install something faulty and then charge you hundreds of dollars for a service visit where they fix nothing- without warning you of the charge upfront. They also overquote for extremely simple things like unplugging something and plugging it in elsewhere- something a child can do. .
