Tiger stadium is a very special site! The original structure, built in 1924, still stands today, without a single connection bolt to the ‘phase 2’ additions added to our stadium! But the second stadium, built all around the original, which held 12,000, would eventually grow to roughly 104,000 today!!!
It's big and can be exhilarating when full, but much if it is piecemeal built and you notice it up close.
