Tiger Legal Services should be given zero stars. The inability to call or message a client back is concerning. I have never before seen a “business” conducted with such incompetence. As another review from a client stated that their retainer was taken and then they were ghosted is completely believable. Message after message, phone call after phone call with no replies. Tiger Legal Services should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from Tiger Legal Services.
Do not use! Tiger Legal Services took my retainer and ran. They've been ghosting me ever since despite sending numerous emails and leaving voicemails. I also discovered they never filed my claim either. Disappointed all around.
