Ordered from justchargerplates.com who is operated by them. We were purchasing charger plates on a timeframe for a wedding on a Saturday when they were closed. We wanted to check on the shipping eta due to the importance of the timing, and called them for approximately 4 hours on Monday during their business hours without being able to reach them. This company is the most UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL that I have cross path with... 1st of all my order came incomplete (no one cares enough to let you know a product is in back order) 2nd upon calling las Friday I was told to send an email with defective items received to be responded today Wednesday (after 5 days) that is I wanted to keep it at a discounted price lol this is hilarious... I order 2 items from them 2 weeks ago and still not receive it yet . I called them too many time but they put me on hold for over an hour and they hang up the phone . They are 100% scammers. I wish i do the research review about them before i order anything from them . Now i have to call my bank to do the dispute . DO NOT WORK WITH THEM YOU WILL LOST ALL YOUR MONEY FOR SURE

I wish 0 stars was possible. I've ordered and paid for (4) table tops from TigerChef 2+ months ago and I've yet to receive them. They keep pushing back the delivery date. I ordered these in mid-May, and now (no surprise), their latest email indicates they're not expecting it until late September, which makes it my 4th delivery date change. If you order from this company make sure you dont need to return your items. Especially since you must order in bulk. The cost to return ship and restock as in my. Ase far exceded the cost to purchase my items. No star review they are not willing to work with you. The picture was decieving and was not clearly marked.
