Unfortunately did not have a great experience with this shop. Made an online order for a holiday ticket pack that came with a scarf and I bought a youth toque with it. I didn’t receive an email saying my order was ready at all. Called and was told email was coming, another week passed, no email. Call again, told it’s ready. I have to give a big shout out to the lovely red head woman who is ALWAYS working in the store! Not only is she helpful actually trying items on to see if they'll fit my family members! She is always pleasant, funny and kind. She will inform me if I spend a few dollars more I get a free long sleeve T. Im sorry I dont know your name but you know who you are. My husband and I wanted everyone to know what an incredible job you do dealing with the public.
