Cookies are good but not customer service. I asked about the dozen for $12 and man at the counter said it must have been an online thing and I needed to order online. So I stepped outside to figure out the coupon code, set up an account, and order. Then I came in showed my order and presumed I could pick up right away but they wouldn’t let me have the cookies in the case because then there wouldn’t be enough for anyone else.
