Had an amazing experience at Tiff’s Treats. Caden greeted me right away with such a welcoming and friendly personality that it instantly made the visit better. Great customer service like that really stands out. The cookies were incredible too. The chocolate chip and the snickerdoodle were both perfect—warm, soft, and full of flavor. So good every single time
Soooo, bought 2 cookies today, got SICK as a dog after about 20 mins. (The lady that works there is always nice--- stars for her.) Called the customer service line to let them know. The girl apologized and said , how can I help you? What do you want me to do? WAIT! WHATTT! I told her that I was the customer and it wasn't my job to tell her how to do her job. She needs to go back to BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING 101.
I frequent this location because it's close to my house. I visited this store and few weeks ago and ordered a down of the Dubai gold and chocolate. Today I visit this location. There were staff in the back laughing and talking, the staff comes to the front. She has dark hair wearing glasses. I proceed to tell her I wanted to purchase the Dubai chocolate cookies she tells me , we don't have any made up, we only have whats in the case the valentine day cookies and prepared valentine day boxes. I had an extremely poor initial delivery experience as a result of a poor UberEAT's courier. I was unaware that some orders may be dispatched using UberEATS, but would have still placed my order either way. The delivery experience was extremely poor, my order was not delivered whatsoever after a courier fumbled it, and we're unsure if it was delivered to any recipient or retained.
