Ordered here today and was not busy to me. I preferred at 3:45 and told me ready by 4:20pm. I get there and check in for curbside and lady comes out and says “we just got your order so going to be another 20 mins” She didn’t apologize, offer extra cookies for the wait or anything lol. So I waited a good 40 mins for my order
Cookie pie chocolate, chocolate chip a la mode is one of my favorite desserts! So good! Tiffs Treats is always a wonderful experience.
There products is great, however the young adults working seemed very overwhelmed and stayed in the back working on online orders, ignoring the walk in flow. It’s just cookies! I didn’t understand why they were so out of it and appeared stressed. The long wait wasn’t the issue, I get products have to be made but not acknowledging customers by hiding in the back is very childish and will cause the owners to loose out.
Saturday I went in to place an order. The store had very little baked. The girl that was running the cash register was horrible. She did not count the cookies correctly, she was sloppy with her work, gave me a box and when I asked for it to be placed in a bag, she just handed me the bag. I spent 10 minutes on hold to speak to a horribly, rude, arrogant manager named Alex I believe who was no help and snarky as heck. No wonder they don't have cookies made on Saturday.
