Cookies were good. Service weird and annoying. No samples on National cookie day as described in email. Older female cashier acted weird when I asked to order 1 free chocolate chip cookie for each person in lobby with me. Kept saying "only one?" I was confused as to why i was emailed a promo if the employee ws going to be weird when I showed up.

I’m from Delaware and I’ve never had their cookies before but they hands down have the best cookie pie I’ve ever had in my life! Also the lady Ayllsa was super professional and very nice!

Ordered here today and was not busy to me. I preferred at 3:45 and told me ready by 4:20pm. I get there and check in for curbside and lady comes out and says “we just got your order so going to be another 20 mins” She didn’t apologize, offer extra cookies for the wait or anything lol. So I waited a good 40 mins for my order
