Great Customer Service. Both employees I dealt with were courteous and eager to help
This location is so amazing! They always have our cookies out on time and so warm! I made a mistake in ordering and they took care of me without any fuss! I will always use them!
Sin duda, lo mejor en atención al cliente, productos frescos y deliciosos, y precios! Si quieres galletas ricas, frescas y asequibles, servidas con una sonrisa, pásate por la tienda de Tiff’s Treats más cercana. Simply the best in customer service, fresh and delicious products, and prices! If you want yummy, fresh, and affordable cookies served to you with a smile, drop on by to a Tiff’s Treats nearest you.
I had a wonderful experience at the Midtown location. Dania and Ariel went above and beyond to be accommodating. In customer service, small things are big things, and their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made all the difference. Huge shout-out to both of them for making my visit exceptional! I will definitely be back.
Normally it’s ok….. but I got a pick up time and had to wait 15 minutes extra and was late for work😒😒😒. It wasn’t even that busy. While I was waiting people ordered fresh coolies and still left before I did😒😒😒😒
