We stopped by tonight and had a pretty disappointing experience. The manger or whoever the bearded guy that was running the front wasn’t the friendliest. After offering to purchase the literal last two items in the bake case (two chocolate covered cookie dough balls or something) he could not ring us up even though I had my card out ready to pay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just left Tiff’s Treats on Bagby in downtown Houston and WOW — the experience was amazing! I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman working the front was absolutely incredible. His energy, his customer service — just amazing. The cookie of the month (Dubai Cookie) was beyond perfect. The cookies are amazing, the service is amazing, the whole place is amazing. This location really knows how to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
Cookies are always delicious, and the new dubai chocolate were amazing.
