This guy was not at the counter for like 17 mins So I called the store, the call goes to the main office Meanwhile he showed up mad Saying he’s the only employee I said i understand and all he could say that in a calm tone He got so Mad that he started helping others and not me He saiid he won’t serve me He then started yelling and saying. Come back here and work and you’ll understand All he had to do was pack cookies Rudest ciustoner service Wrong guy wirking at a great establishment
Amazing customer service 👏 Best cookies in town 🤩Thanks 🙏
Outstanding service, young gentleman had an outage in their system because of a severe tropical storm and he took the time out to make the cookies on the spot rather than refund the order. Great attitude, place is super clean. Highly recommend coming and checking the place out.
Brandon is the nicest young man. So helpful! I told him I normally don't like oatmeal cookies, and he said they were great so I gave it a try. Wow. The oatmeal choc chip are great! Dubai ones are decadent and maybe my favorite.
Muy mala atencion espere por mas de 10 minutos una sola persona trabajando! Y la atencion pesima....👎
