Customer service sucks. Walked past me 4 times before addressing my presence. Seemed annoyed to have to help me.
I placed a pickup order at Tiff’s Treats with an estimated ready time of 5:55 PM on 5/11/2026. When I arrived right on time, the order was not ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while a staff member prepared and brought it out. The worst part is how the company handled my complaint. In their email response, they claimed my order was “picked up at 5:56 PM, which was on time” which is completely false. I was physically standing there waiting because nothing was ready. Ordered today and my cookies were hot and ready by the time I picked them up. The cookies are always so good!
