I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location yesterday. I walked into the store and stood directly at the register waiting to place an order. I waited approximately 20 minutes and was completely ignored by the staff. During that time, two DoorDash orders were taken and processed ahead of me, even though I was physically standing at the counter ready to order before they even arrived. Probably one of the worst experiences at tiffs treats. I’m not sure if they just forgot to add enough milk or water to the cookies, no clue. But what I do know is the cookies were not warm liked they usually are and they were extremely crumbly. There was absolutely no softness to the cookies at all! The microwave couldn’t even fix this… What made me most sad is the fact these were a birthday gift from my family to me and I was more than disappointed!
