Today was my first visit to this business and was thoroughly impressed, Came in from Lago Vista to check it out with (they deliver there). So far tried the Dubai Chocolate, Birthday Confetti and Salted Caramel Blondie. All were absolutely tasty but my fave so far is the Salted Caramel. So many left to try though! The employee was very friendly and helpful. IMO supercedes the “other” cookie place. Would definitely bring my business back here!
They need more people working here. Took over 20mins to get on and out
If I knew that they used Uber to deliver their cookies in Austin, I would have gone and picked them up myself. Missed my promised delivery time by almost half an hour and the cookies weren't even warm by the time I got them.
Your website sucks! In the middle of placing an order and it kicks me out, deletes everything in the cart and then won't let me select any time slot for delivery. Not buying from y'all anymore!
